CHOCOLATE-BERRY GATEAU

ingredients:
150g unsalted butter
150g cream cheese
150g icing sugar, sifted
150g white chocolate, melted and cooled
1 Devil’s food cake already made
berries to garnish

1 Combine the butter, cream cheese and icing sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat with the paddle attachment on medium speed for 5 minutes, until very light and creamy. Beat in the chocolate.
2 Spread the frosting over the cake, then garnish with berries
