Crab friedrice




- Rice
- 1 egg
- 100 gr Crab meat
- Prawn
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic
- 1 Red chilli
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 Spring onion
- 1 coriander leaves as a garnish
- 2 spoon oyster sauce
- 1 spoon soy sauce
- 1 spoon fish sauce
- salt, sugar and pepper



Directions:

1. Heat oil in apan, sautee onion and garlic then add egg.
2. Put in Crab meat and then rice, put togather fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper.
3. Serve with coriander leaves.
