Ingredients



2 teaspoons (10mL) oil
500g lean minced beef
1 packet Continental Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe Base
1 cup sliced mushrooms (75g)
1 x 420g can Woolworths Select chopped tomatoes
1 cup (250mL) water
250g spaghetti
Method
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan and brown mince. Add Recipe Base, mushroom, tomatoes and water; stir well.
2. Cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes or until mince is cooked, stirring occasionally.
3. Cook spaghetti following packet direction; drain. Place spaghetti onto plates and spoon on sauce. Top with shaved Parmesan and serve with a tossed green salad.
