Ingridients :
1 chicken
Sweet soy sauce
 A little salt, lemon juice, margarine.

Method :
Chicken cut into 4, then boil,  put a  little salt sprinkled until cooked. Don't boil the chicken until soft. Bake on a charcoal fire and turn it around so the chicken gets the same coulor. Dip into a sweet soy sauce that's spiked with a little lime water. Bake again the chicken with margarine until slightly turn into golden brown color.
