Ingredients:
- Tofu, cut into small cubes and fried.
- Green peppers
- Onion
- Garlic
- Black bean sauce
- sweet soy sauce- sugar
- salt
- chiken cubes(if you like)
- butter/margarines
Directions:
1. Heat butter/margarin then sautee garlic and onion.
2. Put in green peppers, black bean sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
3. Add a little bit of water.
4. Put togather in a wok/pan the fried tofu.
5. add a little bit of chiken cubes if you like,
6. set aside and ready to serve.
