These juices add a healthy dose of vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants to your diet. This first recipe contains primarily green ingredients. It’s important to use quality produce when juicing. Kale and parsley are both amazing greens, but they do have a very distinct smell and taste.
Ingredients:
1 Bunch Kale
1 Bunch Leaf Parsley
3 Large Granny Smith Apples
1 Cucumbee
2 Lemons
8oz Water (optional)

How to make it :
blend all of then in blender or juicer, you can drink it straight away or put ice on it.
