2 tbsp oil
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
1 tomato, chopped
200g beans, sliced
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
Method
- Heat the oil in a non-stick fry pan
- Cook the onion and garlic until translucent
- Add the tomato and beans, sprinkle on the oregano and season with salt and pepper
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the beans are tender
