Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
1 tomato, chopped
200g beans, sliced
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick fry pan
  2. Cook the onion and garlic until translucent
  3. Add the tomato and beans, sprinkle on the oregano and season with salt and pepper
  4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the beans are tender
