Ingredients
250 g firm white tofu, cut into small cube then fried
1 teaspoons tamarind juice
2 kaffir lime leaves
Spices:
5 – 6 red chillies (or less, depend on your taste)
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt and
sugar to taste
how to make it:
1. Fry the tofu, set aside
2. Grind or blend the spice paste, then sauté it until fragrance. Add tamarind juice, kaffir lime leaves and a bit of water.
3. Add fried tofu, mix with the sauce and continue cooking for couple of minutes.
