Iced Coffee
Serves 2
ingredients:
2 tablespoons instant coffee dissolved in
2 tablespoons boiling water
2 cups milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
whipped cream to serve
how to make it:
1. Place all ingredients except for cream into blender jug.
2. Blend on speed 2 for approximately 35seconds or until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 large glasses, top with whipped cream and dust with chocolate.
