Whole Egg Mayonnaise 
makes Approx. 1½ cups

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
pinch sea salt
1 cup vegetable oil

How to make it:
1. Place egg, juice, mustard and salt in the blender jug. Blend on speed 1 for 10
seconds or until combined.

2. With the motor still running remove the measuring cup from the lid, start to pour
in the oil in a slow, thin stream until the mixture is creamy and all the oil has been
added.

3. Keeps in the refrigerator for 1 week.
