Smashed Potatoes
Crispy deliciousness! You'll never want to roast your potatoes 'old school' again!
Ingredients
4 washed potatoes (sebago & desiree)
¼ cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
fresh rosemary
salt and pepper

Method
Pre heat the oven to 180°C-200°C. Boil the potatoes until just soft. Drain. Toss with oil and garlic in a baking tray. Gently crush the potatoes in a single layer on the tray - but don't mash them. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Bake until the potatoes are crispy and golden crunchy on top (approximately 30-45 minutes). Amazing!
