Ingredients
2 cups (160g) shredded red cabbage
2 cups (120g) shredded lettuce
1 medium (120g) carrot , cut into thin strips
1/4 cup (10g) roughly chopped mint leaves
1 cup (160g) cooked chopped seafood
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp Authentic Thai Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce


How to make
1. Place cabbage, lettuce, carrot, mint and seafood into a large bowl; toss to combine.

2. Drizzle salad with combined lime juice,  Thai Fish Sauce and Sweet Chilli Sauce. Chill before serving.
