Ingredients
spray oil for cooking
250g pork fillet , thinly sliced
1/4 cup (60mL) Hot Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Thai Fish Sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 medium (150g) tomato , cut into cubes
1 small (130g) cucumber , sliced
1 green onion (shallot) , thinly sliced
2 tsp chopped coriander
1 small (70g) carrot , cut into strips

How to make
1. Heat a grill on medium high. Spray plate with oil; cook pork until just cooked, about 2 minutes each side.

2. Combine Hot Chilli Sauce, Thai Fish Sauce and lemon juice. Pour over combined pork, tomato, cucumber, green onion, coriander and carrot; mix well.
