Ingredients
125g grated tasty cheese + extra
300g light cream
1 bunch of chives, snipped
4 green onions
salt and pepper
4 large washed potatoes, sliced
extra tasty cheese
Method
- Pre heat oven to 200C. In a bowl mix together the cheese, cream, chives, green onions and salt and pepper. Slice the unpeeled potatoes and mix through the cream
- In an oven proof dish layer the potatoes with the mixture and top with extra tasty cheese
- Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes or until potato is tender, remove foil and continue cooking until top is golden
