Ingredients
125g grated tasty cheese + extra
300g light cream
1 bunch of chives, snipped
4 green onions
salt and pepper
4 large washed potatoes, sliced
extra tasty cheese

Method
  1. Pre heat oven to 200C. In a bowl mix together the cheese, cream, chives, green onions and salt and pepper. Slice the unpeeled potatoes and mix through the cream
  2. In an oven proof dish layer the potatoes with the mixture and top with extra tasty cheese
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes or until potato is tender, remove foil and continue cooking until top is golden
