Ingredients
4 washed potatoes (sebago & desiree)
¼ cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
fresh rosemary
salt and pepper
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180C-200C
- Boil the potatoes until just soft. Drain. Toss with oil and garlic in a baking tray. Gently crush the potatoes in a single layer on the tray - but don't mash them.
- Season with salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Bake until the potatoes are crispy and golden crunchy on top for approximately 30-45 minutes. Yum!
