Ingredients
½ head cauliflower
2 tbsp oil
1 long red chilli, sliced
oil spray
salt and pepper

Method
  1. Preheat an oven 175C. Spray an ovenproof shallow bowl with oil
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets, place in a plastic bag and add the oil and chilli. Mix well
  3. Spread evenly into a bowl and season with salt and pepper
  4. Bake, stirring occasionally until the edges of the cauliflower brown and it is tender
