Ingredients
250 g Minced beef/Chicken/Prawn (or can be mixed meat as well)
35 g tapioca flour
75 g ice cube, crushed
2 white eggs
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons fried shallots
2 tablespoons sesame oil (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Spring roll wrappers/Wonton skin (available ready-made at Chinese stores) or supermarket. I use wrapper for strudel, then cut into 10 X 10 cm

How to make it:
- Mix all ingredients for filling (except spring roll wrapper) and grind them in food processor until it’s sticky. Then put in fridge for 45 minutes to one hour.
- Take the wrapper then put a ball of filling into the middle then wrap it triangle and pinched the corners.
- Heat oil in deep fryer, and fry with medium heat until it is golden and cooked.
