Ingredients
250g hokkien noodles
1 tbsp oil
400g rump steak , cut into thin strips
1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
2 tbsp Authentic Thai Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tsp sliced lemongrass
1 tbsp brown sugar
200g beans , sliced
1/2 medium (100g) red capsicum , sliced

How to make
1. Cook noodles as directed on packet. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir fry beef until browned; add curry paste; cook 1 minute.
3. Stir in Thai Fish Sauce, MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce, lemongrass and sugar. Bring to the boil; add beans and capsicum; cook 1 minute. Toss through noodles and heat through, serve immediately.
