Ingredients
350g beans
1 bunch broccolini
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup dry roasted hazelnuts, chopped
1/3 cup dried cranberries(craisins), finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Italian parsley
salt and pepper

Method
  1. Bring salted boiling water to the boil and cook the beans and broccolini until tender. Drain and run under water. Place onto a serving dish
  2. Heat a fry pan and add the oil, hazelnuts, cranberries and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes
  3. Add the vinegar and parsley
  4. Spoon the warm dressing over the broccolini and beans and season with salt and pepper
