Ingredients:
1/4 cup Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
500 g Beef Mince, 4 star
500 ml Italian Passata
500 g pkt Frozen Green Beans, Carrot & Baby Corn
600 g Mashed Potato( already made)

How to make it:
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large saucepan over mediumhigh heat. Cook onion for 1-2 mins or until soft. Add garlic and cook for 30 secs. Add herbs and mince. Cook, stirring, for 5-6 mins or until browned.
  2. Add passata and vegetables. Cook for 8-10 mins or until the mixture thickens. Season.
  3. Preheat grill on medium-high. Place mince mixture in an 8-cup ovenproof dish. Top with mash. Drizzle with remaining oil. Cook for 10-12 mins until golden.
