500 g Lean Beef Mince
1 cup Wholemeal Bread, grated into crumbs
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 sheets Pre-made Puff Pastry
1 Egg, beaten
how to make it:
- Place mince, bread, paste and sauce in food processor, then process to a sticky dough-like consistency.
- Separate mixture into 4 even amounts. Roll into long pipes.
- Cut each pastry sheet in half. Lay meat along one edge and roll until pastry completely encloses meat.
- Cut roll into 6 pieces, then brush lightly with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20 minutes in hot oven at 220ºC, or until golden brown
