Ingredients
Fennel
Baby whole beans
Capsicum, red, yellow, green,
Fetta cheese
Coriander
Olive oil

Method
  1. Slice fennel thinly and cut capsicum into strips.
  2. Steam baby whole beans until tender.
  3. While char-grilling capsicum, sauté fennel in olive oil in another pan.
  4. Combine fennel slices with beans and capsicum.
  5. Add crumbed fetta to the mix and stir in coriander.
