Method
- Slice fennel thinly and cut capsicum into strips.
- Steam baby whole beans until tender.
- While char-grilling capsicum, sauté fennel in olive oil in another pan.
- Combine fennel slices with beans and capsicum.
- Add crumbed fetta to the mix and stir in coriander.
