Ingredients
Feta Cheese
Tomatoes
Black olives
Red onion

Dressing
Juise of 1/2 Lemon
1 tbs Oregano
Dash Olive Oil

Method
  1. Cut Feta cheese into cubes and fry in non-stick frying pan until browns on each side.
  2. Cut tomatoes into wedges and slice red onion.
  3. Combine baby spinach with haloumi cubes, tomato wedges, black olives and sliced red onion.
  4. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad
