Red onion
Dressing
Juise of 1/2 Lemon
1 tbs Oregano
Dash Olive Oil
Method
- Cut Feta cheese into cubes and fry in non-stick frying pan until browns on each side.
- Cut tomatoes into wedges and slice red onion.
- Combine baby spinach with haloumi cubes, tomato wedges, black olives and sliced red onion.
- Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad
