BASE:
2 – 8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese
3 tbsp green onions, or onion powder
1/3 cup mayo
SPLIT ½ for ham/turkey and ½ for crab
HAM/TURKEY: Add in ¼ cup chopped olives (optional)
Spread base mixture on 5 large tortillas. Cover with thin ham, or turkey slices.
CRAB: 1 can crabmeat 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Spread crab mixture on 5 large tortillas.
ROLL tortillas tightly and wrap with cellophane or wax paper. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Slice in ¾ – 1” pieces, disregarding the end pieces. May use electric knife.
