Dough:
2 tbsp dry yeast or 50 gr. fresh yeast (Important to soak the dry yeast in 100 gr. luke warm water for 10-15 min)
100 gr. butter
300 ml. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tbsp salt
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 dl sugar
750 gr. flour (more or less)

Filling:
150 gr. soft butter
100 gr. sugar
1 tsp ground cardamom
2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Dissolve dry yeast in luke warm water for 10-15 min. before adding other things. Melt the butter in part of the milk and add the rest of the milk afterwards so that it ends up luke warm. Add to the yeast. Mix in eggs and spices. Add flour gradually and mix it to a firm dough. Be careful not to add too much flour. Keep it slightly sticky.

Let it rise min 30 min. (1 hour)
Mix the ingredients for the filling.
Part the dough into 2-3 pieces. Roll out the dough to a flat square.(1-1 1/2 cm thick) spread part of the filling as a thin layer. Roll up as a roulade and cut into thick slices (4-5 cm) Place on a baking tray with baking paper. Let them rise another 15 min or until double size. Bake in the oven 12-15 min at 190 degree celsius.
