Material:
1 whole duck imports
1 onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons angciu
2 pieces deaf, pounded rough
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry (if any)
4 blocks chicken broth
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground pepper
500 ml water

Marinade:
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
4 cm ginger, finely chopped

How To Make :
1. Marinate the duck arrived at in the marinade.
Let stand 2 hours (or overnight).
2. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant.
Enter duck and spices. Stir until
change color.
3. Add angciu, deaf, soy sauce, dry sherry, broth
blocks, chili powder, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Pour water. Cook until water absorbed.
5. Oven until cooked.
