Ingredients
Green Papaya shredded
Cherry tomatoes
Green beans
Carrots shredded
Red chilli
Garlic
Palm sugar or fine sugar
Lemon or lime
Fish sauce
Peanut or Cashew nut
Dry shrimp ( optional)

Preparation
Smash a couple of garlic cloves and red peppers in pestle and mortar
Add cherry tomatoes and beans one handful each and smash
Add lemon and fish sauce 1 tablespoon each, sugar and continue to smash mixture
Add shredded papaya and carrots and continue to smash mixture to fully blend it
Add more lemon and fish sauce to desired taste
Add cashew nuts or peanuts mix and serve
Repeat process to make more salad for desired amount
